| Everything started when the terrestrial mages wanted to stabilize the clouds so many terrestrial and celestial races could live in harmony. Once the clouds were stable, they built a castle on the Mediant (Middle) clouds for the first elections.
Many people went on and became candidates but two of them had more chances than the others. Their names were Kiraaj and Miraaj, they were twins, one preferred the study of Light (Miraaj) and the other one preferred the study of the Shadows (Kiraaj). Miraaj won the elections by a smidge. Kiraaj then went into a devastating rage. Not wanting to live under the influence of his brother he went to live in the High Clouds and created a terrible and (by his standards) eternal storm that he named: Tempest. It would then beat down on the Mediant and Inferior Clouds. Not knowing what to do next The Great King Miraaj gave birth to a new order of knight that would re-establish the peace in The Cloud World.
